Curriculum Vitae

Adrian Pöllinger is Scientific Collaborator at the Chair for Construction Heritage and Preservation. As a postdoc, he supervises the SNSF project “Digital Construction Archive” and develops strategies for the curation and archiving of digital born data in construction.

Adrian Pöllinger studied architecture at ETH Zurich and CEPT Ahmedabad. His dissertation at ETH Zurich examines Jean Prouvé’s school buildings, with a focus on the investigation of constructive and pedagogical “type buildings”.  He supervised teaching and research at the Chair of Architecture and Construction at ETH Zurich as Scientific Collaborator from 2014 to 2020.

Parallel to his academic work, he has worked in architectural offices in Munich, Zurich, Berlin and Kyoto and as an independent architect. Most recently, he was head of communications at the architecture and engineering firm Penzel Valier.
