Rolf has been a research associate at the Chair for Construction Heritage and Conservation since March 2024. He studied architecture at ETH Zurich and worked in Valais as well as in Bern at Atelier 5, where he gained insight into the medium- and long-term maintenance measures of the Thalmatt I & II housing estates.
At the chair, Rolf is responsible for the Master’s courses, including the core course Future Monuments, and focuses on the recent architectural heritage.
In addition to teaching, he coordinates institutional activities and organizes public outreach events such as the Freitagsforum Denkmalpflege.
